No deaths directly linked to Covid-19 vaccine, Dewan Rakyat told

No deaths due to the Covid-19 vaccine have been reported from Feb 24 to Nov 20, said Datuk Aaron Ago Dagang.

The Deputy Health Minister told the Dewan Rakyat that on Tuesday (Nov 23), adding that during the period, the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) had received 23,163 adverse case reports following vaccination, which was 0.45 reports for 1,000 doses given, and that of the total, 93.3 per cent of the case reports involved mild and moderate side effects such as pain at the injection site, fever, dizziness and fatigue.
