The folks at ParkRoyal Collection have come up with three more themed buffet dinners for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to follow their highly successful Seafood Nights (On Friday and Saturday).
In our opinion Thyme @ParkRoyale Collection offers the best Seafood in Kuala Lumpur on weekends.
Now every Tuesday nights they have come up with Fisherman's Table @ Thyme.
As you enter the restaurant you will be greeted by the majestic sight of Giant Tiger Grouper, Silver Pompano , Barramundi, and Seafood all laid out as if in a five star fish market.
The concept allows you to handpick your preferred fish, seafood and have the chef's prepare it how you want.
All you have to do is choose what you want and let them know the style of cooking you desire, be it Malay, Chinese, Indian or Western style.
Choose your favourite fish and enjoy it prepared Malay style ala asam pedas, or Chinese style with light soy sauce and ginger, or Indian Tandoori-style or Western style.
We chose our fish to be cooked Tandoori style, while our prawns was cooked Chinese style and our squid Western Style (Calamari).

We gave the food a perfect 10, even though it was their first night during our review.

To accompany the above they have an extensive buffet with live stations showcasing some of the best Indian , Chinese, Western, Japanese, Malaysian food and desserts.
Thyme is a great place to celebrate birthday's or anniversaries. We are sure you won't regret it.
