After a stressful week, on a Sunday night we decided to head somewhere outside the hotels we usually visit. We started searching on google for a restaurant that served good steaks in the KLCC area, two restaurants came up with good reviews.
We decided to choose the one that boasted "they had the BEST Authentic Brazilian Churrascaria steak BUFFET in KL & Klang valley, enjoy and eat all you can till you drop". The Samba Brazilian Steakhouse @ Avenue K is a pork free restaurant, as they do served liquor and wines.Located on the 3rd Floor of Avenue K Shopping Mall.
It with a spacious minimalistic restaurant but with a cosy atmosphere,
How the dinner buffe works is you can have unlimited servings of Meat , all you just have do is to ensure the coin that they give you is flipped on to the white side, this is an indicator to the chefs that you are ready to be served, to come to your table and offer you their meats. When you are done feasting just simply flip the coin to the red side.
Their open kitchen concept allowed us a peek, to see a selection of prime meats, each cooked to perfection over an open flame by their skilled churrasco chefs.
Throughout the night we were presented with a tantalizing array of BBQ meats, featuring an impressive selection of 15 types of BBQ meat and steaks.
Their foot long Sausage was juicy & flavourful while their smoked Duck was surprisingly tender and tasty, The grilled quail is a must try, as it was well marinated and quite tasty.
Their meats are served with BBQ Cinnamon Glazed Pineapple. I found having a bit after every meat was a great way to clean your palates between every dish.
Their Grilled Prawns was my favourite, each prawn is expertly seasoned and wrapped in beef bacon
That's not all, If you are are going for the buffet they have an excellent spread of over 50 dishes .
Their Italian Station was simply on point, the Spaghetti Aglio Olio and Carbonara was made to perfection. Their beef Lasagnia was simply superb and full of flavor. Their Grilled Chicken in white creme sauce was very tasty too.

An hour into our Brazillian Churrasco journey we were so full but could not stop eating.
They had a Seafood Station with Oyster, Prawns, Mussels, Lala
For the Japanese food lovers, they has a Sushi and Sashimi station with enough dishes to keep you happy.
Other items in the buffet included Cous-Cous, Vegetable dishes, potato wedges, and for those who don't want to feel guilty they had some salads too.
They also have an extensive Ala Carte Menu, for those who prefer a quick meal.
They have an extensive variety of liquor and wines on the menu, Wine lovers will love the selection of wines they have.
For those who don't drink they have a variety of Soft Drinks, Mocktails, Juices, Coffee and Tea to keep you happy.
The culinary journey at Samba was made even better by their Manager Kelvin who offered us some off the menu dessert items, on the house! His well dressed team were very responsive and provided good service throughout the evening.
Overall we give Samba a Five Star rating and highly recommend you visit this restaurant.
They have a VIP room for those who want privacy or celebrating a special occassion.

Among them included their mouthwatering Prime Beef Ribs, Sirloin Steak, Beef With Parmesan Cheese, Beef Rump Steak and Lamb Leg, Every cut that was brought out on a long skewer. was served juicy tender, smoky and well marinated.
As the chefs came by, you could select the cuts you want and then watch as they slices off pieces of meat. You are given some tongs to hold the meat as they slice and get it onto your plate. You could have as much as you like and can eat!
