Fuziah, Saraswathy lost GE15, but appointed deputy minister

PUTRAJAYA: Two deputy ministers appointed in the Unity Government are those who lost in the 15th General Election (GE15).

The two of them are among the women who represent Pakatan Harapan (PH), namely Fuziah Salleh and K. Saraswathy, respectively competing for the Kuantan and Tapah Parliamentary seats.

Fuziah was appointed Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living and Saraswathy was appointed Deputy Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives.

Both of them will be appointed as senators
