Singer Ibnor Riza was put to induced coma after fainting three times
Ibnor was just discharged from Tuanku Ja'afar Hospital, Seremban two days ago after receiving treatment there.
KUALA LUMPUR: The popular singer of the 80s, Ibnor Riza Ibrahim is now being put to induced coma after reportedly fainting this morning and is currently being treated at Port Dickson Hospital.
His wife Sarimah Sulaiman, who was contacted by Astro AWANI , confirmed the news and asked for prayers from everyone so that her husband's health recovers as usual.
"I just got home... haven't had time to visit yet because he's just been put to induced coma.
"My husband fainted at home. Then I called an ambulance and he was rushed to the hospital afterwards.
"When he arrived at the hospital, he fainted three times starting at 10.30 in the morning and then 10 minutes later, he fainted again," he said.
Sarimah added that Ibnor, 62, had just been discharged from Tuanku Ja'afar Hospital, Seremban two days ago after receiving treatment there.
In a different message, his daughter Putri Norizah shared news about her father's situation.
"I am asking everyone to pray for the recovery of my father, Ibnor Riza Ibrahim who has just been put to induced coma
"Oh God, remove the trouble and give him healing, You are the one who heals.
"There is no healing except healing from You, healing that leaves no other disease," he wrote.
Earlier, Ibnor's friend who is also a singer Haiza informed that the Mimpi Yang Tak Sudah singer could not speak before.
"At first he couldn't speak. Then there was swelling in the neck," he replied simply via WhatsApp.
In the middle of last January, Ibnor Riza was treated at Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) due to shortness of breath and almost fainted.
In addition to shortness of breath, the singer also suffered from low blood pressure, no appetite and several other symptoms.
