Caring for his mother who was stricken with Cancer was not an obstacle for a student who took the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) exam recently and got 11 straight A's.
Mohd Syahril from SMU (A) Darul Iman Beris Lalang, Bachok, Kelantan received a surprise from his school teachers who came to his house to celebrate with him.
It is understood that the student was unable to take the SPM results with his friends at school because he was taking care of his sick mother and the arrival of the teachers to his house had brought tears to the students and his family members who were at home together.
According to the owner of the TikTok account who put up the video, the student's father had also passed away and he was a good son. According to his teacher, before going to school he would bathe his mother first every morning.
"And today the school's initiative came to his house to celebrate his success. Ya Allah, may this child's affairs be made easier to continue his studies later," he wrote.
The video has brought tears to the hearts of netizens who are generally amazed by the earnestness of the student in taking care of his sick mother and at the same time getting excellent results in SPM.
